Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing or playing any mobile game or website published by Dasi Games LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
(“Terms”)
. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

Age Requirements

Our self-published games are intended for players aged 15 or older. If you are under 18 you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

 

Limited Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use each game and related content for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms and any store rules. All rights not expressly granted remain with Dasi Games and its licensors.

 

Virtual Items & Purchases

Some titles may let you acquire virtual currency, in-game items or ad-free upgrades (“Virtual Items”).

• No real-world value. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and have no monetary value outside the game.
• All sales final. Except where required by law or a store's refund policy, Virtual-Item purchases are non-refundable.
• Price changes. We may modify, discontinue or adjust pricing for Virtual Items at any time without liability.

Where in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store, the store operator is the merchant of record and handles payment details.

 

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, exploits, automation or unauthorised third-party software;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code;
• harass, threaten or offend other players;
• upload any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory or infringes intellectual-property rights;
• use the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access—without notice—for any behaviour we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

 

User-Generated Content

If a game lets you submit text, images or other content (“UGC”):

• Licence. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, reproduce, distribute, publish and adapt your UGC in connection with the Services.
• Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your UGC. We may remove it at any time for any reason.

 

Third-Party Publishers & Services

Some Dasi-branded games are operated by independent publishers under their own store listings. In those cases:

• That publisher—not Dasi Games—is solely responsible for ads, analytics, data collection, age-gating and customer support.
• Your relationship with that publisher is governed by their terms and privacy notice.
• We accept no liability for any act or omission of such third parties.

Games and websites may also link to or integrate third-party content, SDKs or services (e.g., ad networks, analytics, social-media features). We do not control third-party terms or privacy practices.

 

Updates & Availability

We may patch, update, disable, discontinue or restrict access to any game or feature—temporarily or permanently—without liability to you. Stored progress may be reset or lost.

 

Feedback

If you volunteer suggestions, ideas or bug reports (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that Feedback in any manner without compensation to you.

 

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

 

Liability & dispute resolution

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, DASI GAMES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS POLICY OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE LOWER OF (A) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50) AND (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO DASI GAMES FOR THAT SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE PAID US NOTHING, OUR LIABILITY IS ZERO. This cap applies collectively to Dasi Games, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers, and survives termination of the Services. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury caused by negligence. Georgia law governs, and disputes must be brought in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless a mandatory statutory forum applies. You and Dasi Games waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dasi Games, its affiliates, directors, employees and partners from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

 

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless a mandatory statutory forum applies.

 

Dispute Resolution & Class-Action Waiver

You and Dasi Games agree to litigate disputes only on an individual basis. Class, collective or representative actions are not permitted.
If a court finds this waiver unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall still apply.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your licence at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or pose a risk to other users or to us. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Services; Sections 10-15 survive termination.

 

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted in-app or on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
